Psychological counselling

MiCentre offers psychological counselling for foreigners living in Lithuania. We suggest that you contact a psychologist if your emotional state is making life difficult, is interfering with your work, education, relationships. If you think about it a lot, feel inner pain, and find it difficult to talk about it with others because of shame or guilt, or if you can't find the words.

Consultation Hours

  • Mondays 10 AM - 6 PM
  • Thursdays 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Fridays 9 AM - 2 PM

You can get emotional support and up to 10 free psychological consultations.

About us

IOM has established a Migration Information Center in Lithuania that provides information and services to migrants free of charge to support their integration.
